Information under Art. 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) for users in Türkiye. The Turkish version prevails.

Name, e-mail, optional phone, property name, request content; IP address and technical access data; with consent, usage statistics (Google Analytics); input into the AI assistant or pricing demo.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Handling your request (Art. 5/2-c, 5/2-f KVKK), website security (Art. 5/2-f), generating AI answers (Art. 5/2-f), statistics only with explicit consent (Art. 5/1).

4. Transfers (including abroad)

Hosting (Spaceship, Inc. (spaceship.com)), our e-mail (SMTP) provider, Google (Gemini API; with consent Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics 4). Servers may be located abroad (e.g. USA, EU); transfers follow Art. 9 KVKK.

5. Your rights (Art. 11 KVKK)

Access, rectification, erasure, information about recipients, objection to automated results and compensation. Requests to hello@nuitask.com (answered within 30 days).
