2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Spaceship, Inc. (spaceship.com). When you visit it, technically necessary data (IP address, date/time, page requested, browser/OS, referrer) is processed to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA. Log files are kept by the host for a limited period only.

3. Contact form, e-mail, phone

When you contact us via the form or e-mail, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail, optional phone, property name, booking volume, selected topics, message) to handle your request and any follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The message is delivered to us via our e-mail provider’s SMTP server and you receive an automatic confirmation. We delete the data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention duties apply. To prevent abuse, your IP address is briefly used for rate limiting (max. 10 minutes, in memory only).

4. WhatsApp

The WhatsApp button is a plain link (wa.me). Only when you click it does WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Meta) open, and its privacy terms apply. No data is sent to WhatsApp without a click.

5. AI assistant, pricing demo and form suggestion (Google Gemini)

When you use the AI assistant, run the pricing demo or select topics in the form, your input (text, city/date or selected topics) is sent to Google’s Gemini API (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) to generate a response (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); a transfer to the USA is possible (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). When the API is used free of charge, Google may use inputs to improve its services. Please do not enter personal or confidential data there. We do not store chat histories. The pricing demo uses simulated example data.

6. Cookies, local storage and consent

Necessary (no consent required): your language (cookie “NEXT_LOCALE”), light/dark theme and your cookie choice (browser local storage).

Analytics (only with consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.). Google Tag Manager is only loaded after you consent; before that no connection to Google Analytics is made. We use Google Consent Mode v2 with all signals denied by default. A transfer to the USA is possible (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Marketing (only with consent): Google ads measurement signals. Not actively used at the moment.

7. Social media links and fonts

Links to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn are plain links without plugins. Fonts are served from our own server; no connection to Google Fonts is made.

8. Your rights
