Who is it for?
For hotels, guesthouses and boutique hotels without their own sales team, or with a small one. Owners often handle guests, sales and daily work all at once. We take on the sales side and the organisation of reception together with you.
What we take on
We agree the scope together, based on what your hotel needs. Usually we take on:
- Online sales channels (remote): a correct, up-to-date presence on sites like Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda and with travel agencies.
- Sales and prices (remote): regular review of prices by date and demand; decisions are made together with you.
- Direct bookings (remote): commission-free bookings through your own website that work smoothly.
- Reception training (on site): your team handles bookings, guest questions and busy moments calmly and in good order.
- Front office management (on site): when needed, we also take over running the front office.
On site: reception training and front office
Online sales are completed at reception: after booking, the guest's first contact is with the front desk. In training we work with your team on handling bookings correctly, clear answers to guest questions, check-in and check-out routines and the small details that show up in reviews.
If there is a gap at the front office, for example at the start of the season or during a team change, we can take over running it for a while. We agree together how long and to what extent.
Reception training and front office management take place on site at your hotel. We work on site in Antalya; we can also work on site outside Antalya, with travel costs covered by the business. Training is given in your team's language, in one of our working languages.
How we work
We start with a free first call, then look together at your sales channels, prices and reception routines. You get a simple list of what comes first. Once we work together, short regular written reports show what we changed and why.

No. We work with your channel manager (the system that sends prices and availability to all sites) and your hotel system; the aim is that your current setup works properly.
Which languages do you work in?
Turkish, German, English, Norwegian and Russian. We work globally. Reception training is given in your team's language, in one of our working languages.
